Slow Cooked Pak Choi Soup

It's a perfect dish for the slowing down process. This is one recipe we did this week which we would like to share with you:

Chop a leek, dice 3 pieces of potatoes (balatoni or hópehely), slice 2 heads of purple onions, peel, deseed and dice a smallish Hokkaido and slice up a chinese cabbage and a pak choi. Put in a large pot, fill in with water, add salt and pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil and shimmer on low heat until cooked/tastes/smells good. Serve with greated cheese. Enjoy!
